The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 3-5 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
Because of the unpredictability of customs and the backlog of imported items into
countries, INTERNATIONAL packages CANNOT BE GUARANTEED by a certain date. For international orders, once the ordered item has left the Ukraine, we can’t guarantee delivery. This is subject to your local post office.
We ship with our National Post - Ukrposhta.

Second option takes 1-4 days for item to be delivered to you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
