FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Have a question? We are here to help.
How does the 3D Wooden World Map line differ from standard map designs?
What makes the 3D Wooden World Map series truly distinct is its dynamic interplay of varied wood stains and textures. Rather than relying on a single uniform shade, each map integrates several natural wood tones across multiple raised layers, highlighting the authentic character of timber and delivering an exceptionally warm, sculptural presence on your wall.
What components come inside the box with the 3D Wooden World Map Gold?
Every 3D Wooden World Map Gold order is shipped as a complete kit containing:
- Wooden decor elements: miniature planes, boats, a compass rose, and engraved ocean names.
- Installation adhesive: high-tack double-sided mounting tape.
- Alignment aids: corner positioning templates for precise spatial layout.
- Documentation: a comprehensive step-by-step setup guide and official brand warranty coverage.
Can I order an Enjoy The Wood map printed in languages other than English?
Yes, absolutely. Beyond our standard English layout, maps can be ordered in German, French, Italian, or Spanish at no additional custom charge. If you need a completely different foreign language, our design team can also accommodate custom translation requests upon inquiry.
Where do you ship, and how is the delivery price calculated for my location?
We offer international shipping across the globe. To view your exact delivery rates, place your desired items into the cart and head to the checkout page. The system calculates shipping costs in real time based on destination address, total item count, and overall parcel weight. Following purchase confirmation, you will receive real-time tracking alerts detailing your package's status from assembly to final delivery.
How does the return process work if I am unhappy with my map?
Orders can be returned for a refund as long as all contents remain in pristine, unused condition within their original box packaging. Should any unforeseen issue occur — such as transport damage, a color mismatch, or general dissatisfaction — please email our team at service@enjoythewood.com. We prioritize client satisfaction and will work with you directly to resolve any concern.

Calidad mejor de la esperada. Lo recomiendo al 100%
Hello, I am really satisfied with the product!! It is stunning and high quality!! Thank you very much! In addition, I wanted to ask, I create ugc content for business owners, are you interested in collaborating together?
Goede kwaliteit, niets gebroken. Ondertussen al veel complimenten over gekregen.
Great quality product fun to put together we loved it!!!
My son loves his map! We had a great time putting it together with each other.
It looks so cool! Took a wee bit to put up but got there in the end.
The best
The delivering went perfect and the contact with the company also pretty well! Congrats for your work!!
Highly recommend that product, looks beautiful. Good quality.
Very good service and communication. Product fabulous
great job
Fantastic product
The map is fantastic. We really love it. Would be great to have had more instruction dimensions and stencils to get the scale right. Placing the islands was a challenge which required a bit of guess work for distances. Other than that everyone that sees it loves it and it is a real talking point.
Really easy to install although had to consult google maps for some obscure countries. A little difficult to fit all the Mediterranean islands in. Love it
Thank you
The map is beautiful! We chose a warm wood and are not disappointed. We’re looking forward to adding the flag pins and photos to go with the places we’ve traveled to.
amazing quality and would highly recommend!
Awesome
We bought this as a gift and they loved it. Such an amazing piece of functional art.
The map turned out really beautiful and it’s easy to put up. You just need to be careful with some small pieces and the letters, because they can break when you remove them. You also have to be sure about where you’re going to stick them, and avoid peeling them off, as it can take a bit of paint with it. I’m very happy with the quality, the final result, and how it looks in the room. Thanks for doing so beautiful things.
Beautiful, perfect, a it difficult to put certain countries to the right place
Perfect
Perfect to mount, great quality. We choose to put it on a frame to avoid removing in case of moving the flat and it was perfect. Thanks for supporting!
Alles top
I absolutely LOVE my map!! It arrived in a timely manner and was so much fun to assemble! It is a statement piece in my home and brings me so much joy every time I look at it! Truly the best present I bought myself! Customer service was fantastic when I needed to reach out to them with questions.
This is my 3rd time ordering- one for my home, one for the office & now another one for my new home since I'm moving. They have all been good experiences & with fast shipping.

Fantastic. Love the map!!! Since it’s been on the wall in our dining room; travelling has become the center of conversation and finding random new places we didn’t know on the map has been Soo much fun. Very interactive with teenagers who are hard to get a conversation going with, even they have been actively educating them selves, just fascinated staring at the map on the wall. We got the one with the extra rivers and mountains drawings which had been very interesting to study.
Incroyable !
It's awesome! Really like it! its also a great fun to put it on the wall.
Haven’t actually put it up yet. But I know we will love it.
