What’s the difference between the Wooden Map and the Colored Wooden Map?
Both versions are crafted from high-quality wood, but they differ in design and finish. The Wooden Map features a natural beige and brown palette with country names and borders precisely engraved into the wood. The Colored Wooden Map showcases vibrant color combinations, while geographical details such as country names, rivers, lakes, and illustrations are printed directly onto the surface for a more colorful and detailed look.
Can I customize the map with country names in a different language?
Yes! We can personalize your map by engraving geographical names in most languages at no extra cost. The only exceptions are languages that use hieroglyphs or extremely rare writing systems. If you'd like a custom language version, simply contact our team at service@enjoythewood.com, and we'll be happy to help.
Which map size should I choose?
The best size depends on your available wall space and the overall look you'd like to achieve. Measure the wall where you plan to install the map using a tape measure or a room-planning app, then compare your measurements with our size guide.

Can I remove the map without damaging it or my wall?
Yes, the map can be removed with care. To loosen the adhesive, warm each piece using a hairdryer, directing the heat between the wooden element and the wall. Once the adhesive softens, gently lift the pieces one at a time. This method helps minimize the risk of damaging both the map and the wall surface.
